Luzhkov's wife in $430 mln fraud scandal

After 18 years at the helm of a megapolis, the family fortunes of former Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov are under scrutiny.

Police raided the offices of Luzhkov's wife Yelena Baturina's development company Inteko, in connection with a 430 million dollar fraud.
