TALLINN, Estonia – An Estonian rescue service spokesman says a fire has raced through an orphanage for disabled children, killing 10 of them.
Viktor Saaremets, a spokesman for the Western Estonia Rescue Services Center, says the fire engulfed the building in the coastal town of Haapsalu in western Estonia.He says there were 37 children and 9 adults in the building.
